Brackley should win - afterall they are 4th top and we are 5th bottom. That said - lots of away teams have come unstuck at Croft Park before. Our new leader wants league football in 5 years, if things go badly on 20/04 it could be Northern Premier League football in 5 days. I'll be back next season no matter which league we are in.

You really didn't look motivated in the warm up by looking at the body language of the players. It appeared to me that there were players out there who didn't really want to be on the park and it reflected on your first half performance. You were basically beat before the game started. Anyway, good luck in your survival for relegation and I hope that things turn around for the better with your club.

We'll know more on Tuesday night when the games in hand teams play. I would expect Rushall to win, but if Farsley wins too, things would get really tough. The fact we've gone from playoff contenders to relegation fodder in 3 mths is some achievement by any standards.

Ref was shocking. I thought I'd seen the worst of it, but he was another level. Then he went booking 3 or 4 players for no reason. I will say that I personally feel Shaw should have had more backing from the owners. Month long loans haven't cut it. Losing players when they were just starting to hit their stride. Liddle not having a back up lb. No proper striker brought in once we lost Main. Especially to back up Hooper who has been one of the bright spots of the season. Again there's been poor performances but I don't think if we had the back up we needed Shaw and the lads would be anywhere near relegation. Also these new owners have been pretty muted since they announced they were coming in, both in what's going on and whats their plan.

Like John Shaw. Good guy and doesn't make excuses. I hope we don't blame him for weaknesses in the side he didn't assemble.

Luckily for us the other deadbeats couldn't muster a win.

Appalling set of recent results but I do have a lot of respect for Jon Shaw. Clearly there's an issue with the semi pro approach to a league that's won by full time clubs. Keep Shaw, give him the money and playoffs are possible.
